Riverside is the best nursery in the Fresno area. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great variety of plants and trees.

We added several large decorative planters around the patio area to bring more color and structure into the backyard without completely redesigning the landscaping. The landscaping crew positioned everything carefully and helped select placements that balanced the outdoor space naturally. The project took about half a day. Compared to before, the patio feels much more inviting and visually complete. The added greenery softened the space nicely and made the backyard feel more intentionally designed overall. It’s a simple upgrade that improved the atmosphere of the yard immediately.

I had a great experience here! I really can’t say enough good things! I had never been before, so I didn’t really know what to expect. When I arrived there was plenty of obvious places to park, then I just grabbed a handcart and started wandering around. A really friendly member of the staff came up to me and answered all my questions and kind of directed me as to what was where in the nursery. I ended up finding a ton of great plants for my garden like beets, lettuce, carrots, artichokes, and a bunch of great herbs. Everything was in really good condition and very reasonably priced, let’s just say I will never go to Home Depot or Lowe’s again to buy my plants and will be going back here!

What a joy it is to have a nursery in town like Riverside! They are open to the public. They sell to private individuals as well as commercial contractors. We came looking for fruit trees and found exactly what we wanted and even other varieties of fruit trees that we hadn't heard of before! Riverside has a large selection over many acres where you will find roses, shrubs, flowers, and a great variety of trees and other plants. All of the plants and trees were lovely healthy specimens and a good value for their size and quality. Shopping for the garden was so easy and safe here. We strolled the nursery outside in the sunshine with one of their convenient flat bed carts to carry our selections. The gentleman who helped us when we were ready to go was pleasant and helpful and wore his mask correctly. He was also knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions about a few of the flowers that I was drawn to. My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. It was so peaceful and pleasant to be among all of the vibrant and healthy plants. We will be planting the fruit trees we purchased today and plan on coming back this week for more!
